- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Able to maintain computer systems, troubleshoot errors, maintain internet / network connectivity, run diagnostics, repair computer hardware
- Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS and various software applications.
- Able to install and set up new computers systems and perform routine maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of TCP / IP and networking protocols.
Your Tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
As this role is based at corporate headoffice, you will need to demonstrate outstanding technical support to c-suite executives and visiting VIPs
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Participate in project rollouts and deployments.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Key technician providing VIP / Exec support
