Step into an innovative project where your talent will help shape the future of grocery delivery. Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Production Designer to join thier team on a part-time contract basis.
The role requires excellent coordination, time management, and visual design skills to manage content Weekly Flyer updates for approximately 28 retailers on our platform.
The 25 hours is a maximum per week, the schedule to be discussed with your manager. Busier schedule days are Wednesday and Thursdays with 10 20% of the work uploads happening on Fridays.
Responsibilities :
- Content Coordination : Work closely with the Technical Program Manager to understand the timing and schedule for refreshing content for each retailer.
- File Management : Efficiently gather and organize raw files necessary for content updates, ensuring accuracy and readiness for modification.
- Design Updates : Utilize Figma to apply updates to retailer content as per the given guidelines. Ensure designs are visually appealing and align with the clients branding.
- Quality Control : Conduct thorough quality control checks on updated materials to guarantee high-quality output. Address any discrepancies or issues prior to final submission.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Feedback Implementation : Apply feedback from stakeholders to refine and optimize content, maintaining a loop of continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of proven experience in production design, particularly in a digital environment.
- Familiarity with Figma and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40 to $55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
