We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to provide exceptional technical support to high-priority users, including executives and creative teams.
You will manage equipment, handle account provisioning, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with security teams to ensure seamless operations and user productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver top-tier IT support to high-priority users (executives and creative teams), addressing issues quickly and effectively.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment.
- Manage account provisioning, permissions, and IT service requests with a focus on urgent, high-priority tasks.
- Collaborate with security teams to address incidents, deploy patches, and use security tools (e.g., XDR, anti-malware).
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless connectivity issues to maintain smooth access to services.
- Manage the IT service ticketing system, prioritizing requests from high-priority users.
- Document troubleshooting steps to share knowledge with the team and provide guidance to junior members.
- Maintain and track local IT assets, and work on projects to improve the user experience for high-priority teams.
- Administer and support IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Perform system maintenance tasks like patch management, updates, and backups to ensure security and functionality.
- Implement security measures and conduct audits to comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, and IT security.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software across various platforms.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM), mobile device management (MDM), and incident management tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to user support.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
