CARE SPECIALIST

The role will also include opportunities to recruit, hire, and onboard new care professionals.

Essential Functions :

• Foster our mission : To attract, train, retain, and treasure the best care professionals.
• Develop strong relationships with care professionals
• Strive to be the care professional’s primary employer via consistent scheduling and maximizing desired hours
• Work with Care Managers to effectively match care professionals and clients based on skills and mutual interests
• Boost employee retention with company-wide strategic initiatives
• Recruit, screen, interview, onboard new teammates
• Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks and targeted community outreach and recruitment events.
• Assure successful completion of initial and annual training requirements

Required

• Customer service experience
• Positive attitude with team-player mindset
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PC literacy
