Responsibilities will include :
- Preparing subscription and redemption documents needed for investments
- Responsible for organization and retention of legal documents related to investments
- Auditing and organizeinglegal records for previous investments to ensure they are accurate and well-maintained
- Providing corporate resolutions for investments and maintain them in good order
- Responsible for all KYC / AML and due diligence requirements for all investments and all entities with support from current staff
- Working with counsel for real estate transactions as well as other independent legal projects
- Maintaining real estate transaction documentation, tax filings and others in good order
- Previous experience in alternative investment management documentation
- Responsible for liaison with registered agent
- Maintaining all corporate documents in good order as well as all the required yearly compliance
- Assisting with bank account opening and KYC required by banks
