A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant (contract) to provide essential administrative support to leaders in the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Executive Briefing Center (EBC) meetings and small-scale customer events
Manage travel and expense processes for leadership team members
Support logistics for internal and external meetings across the organization
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role
PMP certification is a nice-to-have but not required
Proficiency in event planning and coordination
Familiarity with travel and expense management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
