Requirements
Desired Experience
- Providing administrative support to program areas
- Performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files, providing information to callers, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls
- Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties
- Completing special assignments and other necessary administrative functions as assigned.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including but not limited to, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience working for a Federally funded nutrition program, such as WIC.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office setting, conducting a wide range of administrative tasks to support program operations.
- Experience working in a government setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office SharePoint and PowerPoint, and WebEx.
