The Role
- Coordinate and assist in Business Case financial analyses and provide various support functions for Real Estate opportunities and development projects
- Partner cross functionally to identify opportunities and solve through high level analytics and action plans
- Coordinate all scenario and modeling assumptions between RE&F disciplines such as project management, transaction management and space planning for financial modeling.
This includes space planning assumptions, real estate transaction terms and project management scope and buildout costs.
- Coordination with global finance
- Assist in the due diligence and execution of a wide range of transactions
- Identify opportunities that fit with RE&F strategic objectives and present recommendations based on analyses to Executive Management
- Maintain communication and utilizing bilingual skills (English and Japanese) with project teams cross functionally, explaining progress and / or potential roadblocks
- Environmental and Sustainability reporting and ensure bilingual communication where necessary when dealing with vendors and the Japanese government.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (accounting, finance, business administration, real estate)
- A minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in accounting, finance or real estate operations or reporting
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese for effective communication with stakeholders locally and globally, with the ability to prepare and present reports, analyses, and documentation in both languages.
