This unique opportunity allows you to have a based salary and commissions
Compensation :
$120,000+ Base + Commissions
Responsibilities :
- Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into clients through excellent relationship-building and negotiation.
- Negotiate purchase contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions, while identifying and removing any deal-killers before closing.
- Contact 30 to 40 potential homeowners daily who are ready to sell their property.
- Handle difficult conversations with empathy, establishing rapport with homeowners in high-stress situations.
- Follow a proven consultative sales process, using your listening skills to uncover client motivations and needs.
- Close new opportunities with confidence, often on the first call, while ensuring clients never feel pressured.
- Act as the intermediary between sellers and buyers to facilitate a smooth closing process.
- Track and monitor your progress using the CRM system and report on sales activities regularly.
Qualifications :
- A proven track record in phone-based B2C sales or setting appointments in a competitive market.
- Strong Phone Sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- A natural relationship builder who is empathetic, personable, and thrives on solving client problems.
- At least one year of experience in real estate acquisitions or a related field is preferred, but coachability and a positive attitude are essential.
- A 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, or Real Estate is preferred.
