Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist :
- Invoice processing of approximately 500 invoices per month
- Track and follow up on open balances
- Track projects through to completion
- Collections for past due accounts
- New Vendor set up
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the Billing Manager
Preferred Qualifications of the Billing Specialist :
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with a billing system
- Tech savvy is a big plus
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
Salary $33,280 - $37,440 depending on experience
