The pay range per hour is $23.50 - $39.95. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets and, in some instances, education, work experience, and certifications.

Experts of operations, process, and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store.

As a General Merchandise Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day most likely will include the following responsibilities :

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Execute daily / weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.
• Help empower the team to create a consistent experience for our guests.
• Assist in the execution of processes in inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for select GM areas of the store.
• Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices.
