Role Objectives :
As the Manager of Pricing and Proposals at WEP Clinical, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the commercial operations of WEP services, from initial client discussions through the handoff to Project Management.
You will act as a key contact for RFIs, RFPs, and other proposal-related inquiries, and work closely with the business development team to develop high-quality, client-centered proposals and budgets.

What You'll Do :
- Create and contribute to engaging sales content.
- Develop comprehensive and detailed slide decks for client presentations.
- Craft compelling proposal text to enhance client engagement.
- Develop and support pricing strategies for WEP service offerings, contributing to RFP and RFI responses.
- Draft and review client-focused proposals, quotes, and RFI documents, in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Build proposal budgets using internal pricing tools and market data, working closely with operational departments to incorporate accurate assumptions.
- Ensure precise data entry in the ERP system to maintain accurate billing and forecasting.
- Perform P&L analysis on project budgets and assess potential budget risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams on mitigation strategies.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and vendors, addressing inquiries related to pricing and contract terms.
- Facilitate internal alignment on pricing strategies, payment terms, and relevant proposal terms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality completion of proposal documents.
- Support the preparation of Win / Loss analyses and manage content in the WEP content library and master RFP / vendor question list.
- Provide marketing support and enhance company content to strengthen WEP’s value proposition.
- Support business growth by identifying trends and opportunities aligned with WEP's growth targets.
- Review and refine proposal workflows, offering recommendations for improvements in the proposal process.
- Support Business Development by contributing to bid defense presentations and assisting with new business opportunities.
What You'll Need :
- Bachelor's Degree (in a Science, Business, Pharmaceutical, or Finance field preferred)
- 4-6 years’ experience in proposal development, pricing strategies, and business
- development support
- Experience with Clinical Trials phases I through IV is preferred
- Experience with Expanded Access Programs is a bonus but not required
- Prior experience in Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with contracts and compliance monitoring
