BCT is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity with an industry leader in Plano, TX. This person will provide essential tech support for hardware, software, and networking.

We welcome both experienced professionals and recent graduates with a passion for IT. Seeking someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adhere to operational policies and procedures.

This role will be onsite in Plano, TX

CONTRACT PAY : Up to $30 / hour depending on candidates experience, etc.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle level one support tickets for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets using systems like Zoho or Fresh Desk.
  • Provide remote support, including screen sharing and troubleshooting.
  • Support Salesforce and Outreach applications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, even when assisting senior employees.
  • Use Outlook for email communications.

Qualifications :

  • 3-4 years of IT support experience or a relevant college degree.
  • Interest in IT and technical support.
  • Proficiency with Windows OS.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zoho, Fresh Desk) is a plus.
