The Staff Accountant is responsible for analyzing accounts, preparing journal entries, creating accounting reports, and participating in monthly close.
You will also support some inventory functions and analysis. This is a permanent position with good benefits, work-life balance, and an opportunity to join an excellent team at a global company.

Responsibilities
- Analyzes GL entries for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards
- Reviews assigned accounts, prepares journal entries, reviews accuracy, and investigates variances
- Process A / P and A / R functions, i.e. vendor debits and credits
- Assists Sr. Finance Manager with fiscal period-end closing and reporting activities
- Reconciles physical inventory results to internal inventory records and prepares inventory status reporting
- Prepare and validate supplier credits
- Assist with preparation of annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-term planning
