A law firm seeks a Seasoned Real Estate Attorney for their New York City office. The Seasoned Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of real estate matters and should bring a book of business.
Bar admission is required.
Duties :
- Handle a variety of real estate matters
- Bring a book of business
- Represent clients in real estate transactions
- Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate issues
- Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements
- Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs
- Stay up-to-date on real estate laws and regulations
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission
Skills :
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
