We are seeking a Third-Party Coordinator (CM Technical Specialist) to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Coordinate with third parties (city, county, state, federal and utility companies) that

have a significant role in ongoing and upcoming projects; support activities between client, developers / contractors and third parties.

• Facilitate and participate in third party progress and construction coordination meetings
• Develop and implement protocols for review
• Develop reporting mechanisms to track progress on resolution of third-party issues
• Review general project requirements of projects that require third party coordination

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or other related technical field.
• 0-5 years (junior), 5-10 years (mid-level), 15 years or more (senior) experience with third party coordination in Los Angeles.

Compensation :

$93,600 -$156,000 hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
