Client Services Representative

Please note this is an onsite position at the client’s Chicago office.
As a Client Services Representative , you will :
- Guide institutional clients through the onboarding process
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing communication and inquiries.
- Act as client advocate as well as a liaison between the client and internal sales, operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure client expectations are met and service enhancements requests are communicated effectively.
Requirements :
- 5+ years Financial Industry experience.
- Experience with managing the process of opening and onboarding institutional accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach to resolving issues.
