We are seeking Venture Partners to join our network and provide feedback and guidance to startups on our platform. As a Venture Partner, you will work with emerging founders to help shape the future of their companies by leveraging your experience in investing, operations, and advising early-stage ventures.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Venture Partner at Mobius Ventures, you will :

• Partner with early-stage founders to offer hands-on operational support and guidance in scaling their companies.
• Leverage your investment and advisory experience to guide founders on fundraising, growth strategies, and market positioning.
• Help founders succeed in key areas such as capital raising, product development, human resources, and operational strategy.
• Facilitate access to Mobius Ventures' resources and investor networks to accelerate company growth.
• Collaborate with founders to define clear deliverables, execute plans, and track measurable outcomes.
• Provide feedback, insights, and mentorship to help founders refine their strategies and overcome operational challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements :

To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following criteria :

• Full-time investment professional You are currently employed in a full-time investment role at a venture capital firm, private equity firm, or similar.
• Accredited Investor You meet the qualifications of an accredited investor, as defined by relevant regulatory authorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, startup advisory, or a similar investment role.
• Proven track record of successfully advising or investing in early-stage companies.
• Expertise in one or more of the following operational areas : capital raising, product development, go-to-market strategies, human resources, financial management, or legal & compliance.
• Strong network in the startup or investment ecosystem, with connections to founders, investors, and industry experts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights to startup founders.
