Lead Graphic Designer

Overview

Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. As a critical member of our growing communications team, the Lead Graphic Designer will support the development and execution of visual content across all communications platforms, helping to elevate our brand and engage key stakeholders. The individual will collaborate with the Communications team, Art Director, and other departments to create compelling and cohesive visual materials for both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead designer on high-level pursuits.
• Oversees and coordinates production of materials.
• Able to take design projects from conception to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Liaises / collaborates with marketing and design teams.
• Maintains brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
• Reviews work for accuracy and quality.
• Stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminate this information.
• Interprets project needs and understand constraints.
• Produces creative, high-impact designs.
• Trains designers as necessary on software, tools, and visual communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
