What the Payroll Coordinator will do
- The Payroll Coordinator will audit, batch and import timesheets for all employees
- The Payroll Coordinator will oversee the bi-weekly processing of payroll, evaluating complex payroll issues, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
- The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the input of bonus and overtime payments, in multiple states
- Process payroll for 200+ employees
- Reconcile weekly payroll activity between ADP and the general ledger.
- Assist with the employee benefits for the company
What the company needs in a Payroll Coordinator :
- 4+ years of full cycle payroll experience
- Multi-state payroll processing is a PLUS
- Independent and self-directed with a great attitude!
- Excel proficiency is desired
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience. This role is fully on-site.
