Distribution Supervisor Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Clean driving record and ability to be added to the company insurance.
Distribution Supervisor Responsibilities
- Work with managers and human resources to drive hiring, promotions, performance reviews and pay increases.
- Proficient in operating a forklift, stock picker, and computer systems in order to train and fill in for the team as needed.
- Monitor and approve employee timesheets and PTO requests.
- Verify daily employee attendance to ensure employees are clocked in and accounted for.
