Position : Maintenance Technician - The Boulevard

Location : Sacramento, CA 95823

Hours :  Full Time

Compensation : $26.79 - $27.79 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary :

The Maintenance Technician completes janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers. As a part of the site team, this position is responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
