THE OPPORTUNITY
Sany America is looking to recruit a self-driven, forward-thinking and highly motivated Support Specialist - Sales . With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years.
Critical to this growth is the appointment of a highly qualified Support Specialist - Sales . The successful candidate will work closely with the Product and sales teams in the United States and China.
The successful candidate will use their project management skills along with Cross functional communication skills daily to carry out multiple sales support initiatives that support the development and launch of various construction machinery products or sales related activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will report directly to the Director of Product / Sales support to ensure an effective strategy is executed. This will require :
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales support department or team, including scheduling cross functional meetings and communications.
- Performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures and other key data.
- Coordinating with internal and external customers to resolve order discrepancies.
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators.
- Stay up to date with new products and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
- Suggest sales process improvements.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Answers prospect inquiries to ensure satisfaction
- Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.
- Identifying ways to improve the sales targets.
- Help create sales training material and suggest improvements.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The Support Specialist - Sales . need to be on-hands and collaborative. This individual will have ability to communicate-effectively with internal team members and different business units, customers and vendors.
The candidate will need to demonstrate success in implementing new initiatives and opportunities along with problem solving and continuously improving existing operations.
The ideal candidate will :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong relationship and team-building skills.
- Individuals must be self-motivated, high energy and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Exceptional analytical and sales skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the United States and Internationally.
LANGAUGE :
Fluency in English is required.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
