Key Responsibilities
Accurately enters referrals and communicates with referral sources and patients regarding documentation and financial responsibilities
Supervises team members, conducts training sessions, and monitors performance metrics
Maintains compliance with regulatory guidelines and assists in process improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration or customer service
Experience in healthcare organizations or related fields that bill insurance
Advanced knowledge of Medicare guidelines and payer policies
Proficiency with computers and healthcare software applications
