Quality Inspector Opening!
Weare seeking a skilled and detailoriented Quality Inspector to joinour team. As a Quality Inspector you will be responsible forensuring that our products meet the highest quality standardsthrough inspection testing and documentation.
You will play acrucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence andcustomersatisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Performthorough inspections of incoming materials inprocess components andfinished products to ensure compliance with established qualitystandards and specifications.
- Conductinspections using precision measuring instruments gauges andtesting equipment.
- Analyze and interprettechnical drawings specifications and other relevant documents todetermine compliance with qualityrequirements.
- Document and report inspectionfindings test results and nonconformities and collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to resolve any qualityissues.
- Monitor and maintain inspectionequipment including calibration and troubleshooting asneeded.
- Participate in root cause analysis andcorrective action initiatives to identify and address qualityconcerns.
- Provide guidance and support toproduction teams in implementing quality control procedures andbest practices.
- Conduct product audits andreview quality documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory andindustry standards.
- Contribute to continuousimprovement efforts by identifying opportunities for processoptimization and efficiencygains.
Qualifications :
- Highschool diploma or equivalent with additional technical orvocational training in quality assurance or a related fieldpreferred.
- Proven experience as a QualityInspector in a manufacturing or productionenvironment.
- Strong understanding of qualitycontrol principles inspection techniques and measurementtools.
- Ability to read and interpret technicaldrawings specifications anddocumentation.
- Familiarity with relevantregulatory and industry standards such as ISO 9001 AS9100 orsimilar.
- Excellent attention to detail with theability to identify and address nonconformities anddiscrepancies.
- Strong communication skills bothwritten and verbal with the ability to effectively collaborate withcrossfunctional teams.
- Ability to workindependently prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
