What You Will Be Doing
We're currently looking for an Assistant Superintendents to help us with our large-scale projects in Greater Boston Area :
- Experience working for a general contractor or construction manager is required
- Commercial, Mixed-use, and multifamily projects are a plus
- Assist with scheduling and job site safety
- Help coordinate subcontractor progress
- Managing the dynamic relationships and components required for a construction project
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of construction experience / knowledge of :
- working for a general contractor, architectural, engineering firm or construction manager is required
- Commercial, retail, higher education, multifamily, healthcare are a plus
- Assist with scheduling and job site safety
- Help coordinate subcontractor progress
- Understanding of how to manage the dynamic relationships and components required for a a construction project
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.) and MS Project software
