job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Shipment Coordination : Organize and coordinate transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Order Processing : Handle orders from clients or internal departments, verify accuracy, and coordinate with warehouses or suppliers for fulfillment.
• Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and maintain sufficient stock to meet demand.
• Vendor Communication : Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to schedule shipments, resolve issues, and negotiate rates.
• Documentation : Prepare shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Tracking and Reporting : Monitor shipment status, provide regular updates, and generate reports on key performance indicators.
• Problem Solving : Address logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, implementing corrective actions.
