ABOUT THE COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BOOKKEEPER / Accounting Assistant :

  • The Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant will handle day to day Bookkeeping (AR / AP, Payroll, GL)
  • Reconcile and balance accounts
  • Handle check runs, and run AR / AP reports
  • Process job reports and monthly / quarterly / yearly reporting
  • Payroll processing (25 employees via QuickBooks)
