A Private Equity firm in Boston is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two Co-Founders. This hire will offer classic EA support while also being an early hire, therefor an all-hands-on-deck mentality is important.

The ideal candidate will understand the fast pace and operational cadence within a highly successful investment firm and be willing to flex into an office manager profile as needed, as the office and team grows.

Expense Reporting

Inventory / Ordering of supplies

Event / Conference Planning
