The Role
As the Change &Business Adoption Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring that the Symphony Programmeetsobjectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will prepare, support, and equip people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, and technology that are impacted by Program Symphony system transitions.
You will collaborate with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to solicit cooperation and resolve problems, while also reviewing project plans and coordinating project activities to meet organizational goals.
Specific Job Responsibilities :
Lead the complete change management cycle : strategize, implement, sustain outcomes, and apply change management methodologies.
Identify stakeholders impacted by the transition, assess the magnitude of change, and devise and execute change management strategies and plans to optimize employee productivity and engagement.
Collaborate with the transformationdirector, technical experts, and business subject matter experts to grasp the technology solution, development process, and go-live strategy.
Anticipate potential change-related risks and obstacles and formulate mitigation tactics.
Foster effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change journey by collaborating with project teams.
Lead and mentor a team of communication specialists and change management agents, defining their roles and responsibilities.
Provide input, document requirements, and leadthe design and delivery of training programs.
Conduct comprehensive impact assessments to comprehend the ramifications of proposed changes across various business units and departments
Offer guidance and support to project teams on best practices in change management and assist in executing change management activities.
Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance the efficacy of change initiatives, proposing recommendations for refinement.
Enable the creation, dissemination, and management of crucial communications.
Contribute insights, document requirements, and facilitate the design and delivery of training programs.
Assist in developing a comprehensive change management toolkit inclusive of templates.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience in change management, project management, or a comparable role.
Profound understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships across all organizational levels.
Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and devise pragmatic solutions.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive change across diverse teams and departments.
Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are advantageous.
PMP certification preferred.
The Nuts and Bolts
Location This is an in-office position 10-20% of the time. The location of this position is in Boulder, CO. The remainder of the time you may work from home.
These percentages are targets with the actual schedule to be determined in conjunction with the Manager's expectations for the position.

Pay Range
$76000 - 116000 depending upon experience

Particle Measuring Systems determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data, for the Boulder, Colorado area.
We will evaluate external equity, which is the relative marketplace job worth of jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company.
For new hires, we try to make competitive offers between the minimum and around the midpoint of the range. This allows the new employee room for future merit increases during review cycles.
There may be times when we will offer above the midpoint. The decision to do so will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills.
Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and the compensation rates of the employees within the company doing the same position.
