Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Policy Implementation : Collaborate with department managers to ensure the understanding and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Continuously update and enhance HR policies as needed.
- Employee Records and Reports : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate reports as required.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and quality requirements, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Corporate Culture Enhancement : Organize and facilitate team-building activities and social events to promote a positive corporate culture.
- Training and Development : Coordinate training programs to support the professional development of employees and enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Vacation and Absence Management : Manage and monitor employee vacations and absences, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to company policies.
- Other HR Duties : Support Senior Management with various HR tasks and projects as assigned.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
