We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic marketing team. You will assist in managing projects, executing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing success.

Project Management
- Assist the marketing team in managing projects and tasks using Monday.com.
- Support the team in ensuring timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Help manage resources and priorities effectively under the guidance of senior team members.
Campaign Management
- Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including content, affiliate marketing, email, and social channels.
- Ensure campaign materials align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Marketing Automation
- Support the team in utilizing marketing automation tools, such as Bloomreach or Klaviyo, for targeted multi-channel campaigns.
- Assist in the implementation of email workflows, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Help monitor and report on email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Content Strategy
- Assist in maintaining the content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the copywriter to develop blog posts, product descriptions, and ad copy.
- Work with the SEO agency to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic.
Affiliate Marketing
- Support the execution of affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Assist in monitoring affiliate performance and provide support to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success.
- Help analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing.

For this role, we think you'll also need :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Monday.com.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Bloomreach or Klaviyo.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and campaign management.
