Facilities Specialist's perform the following functions :
- Support the credit union's staff to ensure the products and services offered to our members are effective and efficient
- Responsible for processing supply orders
- Responsible picking up and delivering all mail
- Responsible for managing facilities work orders and supplies for the credit union
- Responsible for data entry of vendor invoices
- Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy.
- Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always.
- Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include :
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license
- Candidates must have active personal auto insurance
- Candidates must have the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Candidates must have the ability to life and / or move up to 50 lbs.
