District Partners LLC is a growing high touch executive search and project-based consulting recruiting firm founded to provide a differentiated experience for employers and professionals alike.
What do we mean by that? District Partners provides a strategic, professional service traditionally only found with the largest executive search firms who are focused on F500 executives and board level positions and actions important to their shareholders.
We help high growth companies get access to professionals who will make a difference on a permanent basis and for a specific project or period of time.
We hate the term staffing. Project-based Gig professionals work differently but shouldn’t be treated differently. They appreciate the District Partners relationship-based approach in an otherwise hyper-transactional space.
