We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the delivery of recruitment services and collaborate with the Copper & Minerals business to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition within People Experience you will :

• Oversee the delivery of recruitment and talent advisory services that embody industry best practices and foster diverse talent pipelines, advancing Rio Tinto's commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity
• Lead, inspire and develop a diverse and dynamic talent acquisition team
• Partner with the Copper & Minerals leadership team to align business strategies and objectives with cost-effective recruitment delivery and talent sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with the broader People Function and Areas of Expertise to exchange information and resources
• Provide training and guidance on optimizing recruitment tools and process
• Leverage data-driven insights and best practices to shape effective recruitment strategies
• Ensure consistent application of Rio Tinto's recruitment policies and processes
• Identify and recommend improvements in recruitment, talent and sourcing processes
• Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts
• Ensure recruitment activities meet business needs and proactively address any concerns
