Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all involved parties.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Assist event attendees with inquiries related to event details, registrations, and general information.
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful experience to enhance attendee satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, aiming for swift and satisfactory solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication through various channels.
  • Keep clients and attendees informed about event updates, changes, and important information.
  • Work closely with the event coordination and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Requirements :

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the events or marketing industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey information in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability in addressing unexpected challenges.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a dedication to ensuring positive experiences.
  • Ability to empathize with customer concerns and provide empathetic support.
