Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a large corporate client to assist them with their need for 2 Project Coordinators to support the marketing growth and initiatives team.
These are remote temporary opportunities, estimated to last into March of 2025 with potential for extension or conversion down the road.
They are targeting individuals that live in eastern or central time, have at least 5 years of administrative project coordination experience including calendar management, financial and budget coordination, and using tools like Google Sheets and Excel for reporting.
Experience supporting a marketing department in a creative, technical or financial style company is a plus. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly / weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits!
Responsibilities :
- Partner with leadership to support the marketing budget ensuring that it is maintained with accurate information and on target to meet financial goals.
- Work with leaders to conduct monthly business reviews and performance analysis and then reporting information back to senior management.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports to show achievements and areas of improvement.
- Work with budget leads and finance teams to move funds across budget lines and ensure strategic alignment.
- Manage monthly reports providing timely and accurate updates on marketing performance.
- Respond to questions from executives and other senior leadershi8p about budget allocation, marketing goals, and performance metrics.
- Make weekly data validity checks to ensure internal reporting tools are accurate and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and any other ad hoc requests.
Requirements :
5+ years of administrative project coordination experience preferably supporting a marketing department
Experience in budget management, financial reporting and operations management such calendar management and project deadlines
Analytical skills with the ability to create detailed reports and insights
Excellent communication skills, ability to make presentations to all levels, able to convey complex information
Understanding of marketing goals and strategies would be a plus
Google Sheets and Excel experience is a must
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance or related field or equivalent work experience
