Job Description :

Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in building and optimizing sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within our sales organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, process improvement, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process Development : Design, implement, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This includes lead management, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Data Analysis : Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
  • Sales Tools Management : Oversee the implementation and management of sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized by the sales team.
  • Training and Support : Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the sales team is proficient in using sales tools and following established processes.
  • Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of sales initiatives and processes.

Provide regular reports to sales leadership.

  • Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot and sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Chorus, Apollo.ai).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
