JOB DUTIES : We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. The Business Data Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive business insights and support decision-making across various departments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives, and translate them into data analysis tasks.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to provide data-driven insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Build predictive models and forecasting algorithms to anticipate future trends and outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track progress towards business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS :
Education : Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
