JobBrief :

In this crucial role youll beresponsible for building developing and leading a team ofindependent sales organizations (ISOs) focused on originatinghighquality MCA leads.

Youll leverage your industry expertise andleadership skills to drive significant sales growth and achieveambitious revenuetargets.

Responsibilities :

  • Recruitonboard and train a network of topperforming ISOpartners.
  • Develop and implement comprehensivesales strategies to maximize lead generation andorigination.
  • Provide ongoing coaching andsupport to your ISO partners ensuring they have the knowledge andresources to succeed.
  • Analyze sales dataidentify trends and implement strategies to optimizeperformance.
  • Foster strong relationships withpartner ISOs and act as a trustedadvisor.
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of the MCAindustry and regulatoryenvironment.

SkillsRequired :

  • Minimum 5years of experience in the merchant cash advance industrypreferably in a similar management role.
  • Proventrack record of building and leading highperforming salesteams.
  • Strong understanding of ISO partnershipsand the ability to build mutually beneficialrelationships.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Abilityto set clear goals motivate teams and driveresults.
  • Deep understanding of financialservices and the needs of smallbusinesses.

WeOffer :

  • Weekly Salary$800 plus uncapped commission 1% funding through broker 10% iffunded by self

Income can be $3K a weekpassively.
