Youll be the front line of our debt collection business. You'll have a portfolio of accounts and will locate and negotiate with customers to find an affordable repayment solution, enabling customers to free themselves of a headache and you to achieve your monthly goals.

• $15.00 to $17.00 an hour (based on experience), PLUS AN UNCAPPED BONUS SYSTEM!

You don't need prior collections experience and could be working in other sectors but you will be tech savvy and able to navigate comfortably between various software applications.

Our targets are achievable and well give you all of the training required to know what to say and when. We work hard but have fun, so if you're resilient, a self-starter and able to build rapport, we'd love to hear from you.

Work From Home Eligibility Requirements :

• Must have a PC (laptop or desktop)
• Must have reliable internet capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rates - at least 50 MBPS download and 8 MBPS upload speeds.

We find Comcast works best.

• Unlimited internet data plan
• Have a quiet and private location from which to work including a suitable desk and chair
• A webcam or the ability to connect to video conferencing via your phone or tablet
• Well provide some other equipment youll need such as a headset and some tech requirements

Were trialling remote training - you must be able to commute into our Draper, Utah office if needed.
