Chief Operating Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer or COO to oversee our organization’s ongoing restaurant operations and procedures.

You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.

Drives profitable growth and ensures long-term vitality of the business via strategy and effective management. Sets, recommends and implements business strategy, short- and long-term objectives and goals;

develops presents and accomplishes approved annual plan and provides leadership for senior team. Knows the business model, business drivers and mission, critical technical and functional skills needed to do the job at various levels in management of the organization.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have the following :

• Executive / Senior Management role (5 years’ experience); restaurant industry experience, serving as Director of Ops, VP of Ops, or COO.
• College degree in associated field.
• Ability and desire to build community relations and promote the growth of the concept within and outside of the four walls.
• Superior working understanding of industry financials (building sales, product costs, labor management, etc.)
• Excellent people and communication skills. Leadership that reflects our core values : teamwork, equal treatment of all, honesty, willingness to go above and beyond in support of team members, open and honest communication style.
• Strong guest-oriented philosophy at all times.
• Must be familiar with Toast POS or similar point of sale technology
