Position Overview : The COO will play a crucial role in overseeing our company's day-to-day operations and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to enhance operational efficiency and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior leadership role, preferably in the construction industry.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
