Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team of professionals at The Hearthstone Dining in Seattle, WA.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on as needed, have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working with seniors, and managing and developing their team.

The best-qualified candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will :

• be responsible for purchasing, menu / recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking;
• ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
• have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
• ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance;
• have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
