Overview

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily activities including customer maintenance, some sales reporting, vendor rebate, writing contracts, and the administration of lease programs, surcharges and rebates.

The Graphic Communications Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver world class, state of the art solutions for Ink Jet Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format, Offset Plates, Packaging, and a full range of traditional Offset supplies.

In addition, we are the industry leader in Color Standardization and G7 implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage efficient processes and accurate and relevant reports that enable sales leadership to respond to market challenges and drive revenue growth.
  • Assist business managers with the administration of capital equipment sales programs to ensure processes (finance, accounting, legal) are accurate and efficient.
  • Support the division's sales teams and their objectives with reporting tools that assist in sales contract compliance.
  • Help manage the information flow between internal processes and sales and the customer to advance the sales process.
  • Provide feedback / input in producing team and / or individual development and improvement plans that support company and departmental goals & objectives.
  • Address Contract price holds and cap percentages in relation to Customer price increase processes via Salesforce and other related agreement documentation.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by manager.

Required Skills / Education

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 or more years sales administration experience
  • Contract administration experience
  • Experience in managing and processing specialized and complex proposals, bids and contracts
  • Experience with legal contracts, documents and requirements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP and sales reporting
  • Possess necessary skills / attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications

Desired Skills

  • 1+ years of contracting experience (e.g., terms / conditions / provisions) within the graphics industry
  • Salesforce
  • Docusign
  • Working knowledge of SAP BI
