We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team located in our Denver Office in a hybrid capacity.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Work with a team to meet various department deadlines throughout the year.
• Experience in financial statement preparation of compilations / reviews, preparing tax returns including 1065 & 1120-S.
• Assist with the process and review of tax returns.
• Various financial analysis including balance sheets and income statements.
• Ad hoc projects.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have :

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Accounting / Taxation preferred.
• CPA, JD, or EA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience within the real estate industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills, as well as exceptional client service skills.
• Proven competence with MS Office and tax compliance and research software, including ProSystem, CCH Axcess, and CCH Engagement.
• Solid project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.

In Colorado , the salary range for a Tax Manager is $105,000 to $170,000. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms.
