Our client is seeking a Sales Manager with the goal of expanding their marketshare by having this person lead their sales team in Dulth, MN.
Candidate will be working to execute policies, procedures, movtive the current team and work with some of their key account base.
Client is open to bringing on a sales manager for another industry.
What You Will Do :
- Lead a Sales Team by providing guidance, training and mentorship and being a positive role model.
- Develop assigned sales representatives in the areas of product knowledge, sales activities, selling skills and strategies, time and territory management.
- Achieve established goals and quotas profitably including Team Gross Margin and Team New Customer Gross Margin Quotas.
- Support the company’s policies, programs and procedures.
- Be a contributing member of the sales management team including input on structure, direction, programs and policies etc.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Conduct business honestly, ethically, and with integrity, which will develop trust & respect with customers and fellow employees.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage the sales process and provide sales planning.
- Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, e-mail, sales prospecting database and internet functions.
