Job Title : Warehouse Manager

Job Experience / Requirements :

• Experience procuring product and negotiating buying power
• Efficiency minded
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with warehouse inventory
• Proven knowledge of best inventory practices
• Experience working in a busy environment and staying on task and orderly
• Proven understanding of reconciling purchase orders to ship tickets
• Clear and professional written and verbal communicator
• Computer savvy, excel experience a plus
• Excellent driving record and skills
• Comfortable with light vehicle maintenance, oil changes, etc.
• Highly organized
• Naturally driven to get things done quickly and efficiently
• Not bothered by interruptions throughout the day
• Self-motivated to do a job well
• Desire to find and implement improvements without supervision
• Positive, upbeat approach to getting the job done no matter how menial
• Familiar with our service area for ease in making jobsite delivery schedules
• Experienced in general building upkeep and light carpentry
• Natural desire to do what's best for the team as a whole
• Hi-lo experience a plus but not required
• CDL license a plus but not required
• Industry experience a plus but not required
• Proven leadership skillset with a mindset of positive communication
• A team approach to working with other managers and team members
• Ability to strategically negotiate pricing
• Comfortable analyzing shipping and receiving logistics
• Experienced in proactively identifying scheduling challenges and pivoting quickly when needed
• Solid understanding of inventory processes, shipping and receiving in a busy environment
• Enjoys training and teaching others to work with excellence and care
• Thrives in a work environment of positive people where innovation and collaboration are encouraged

Full Time Permanent Position : 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm with some overtime as needed

Pay : Competitive wage (commensurate with experience) (Range $50,000 - $65,000 Annually)
