General Manager
Duck Donuts is seeking an experienced leader in the foodservice industry with strong interpersonal skills to manage the daily operations of two Duck Donuts shops, including hiring, onboarding, developing, and managing the performance of all team members.
This leader is additionally responsible for ordering and managing inventory from various vendors, upholding Duck Donuts’ standards of food quality and service excellence, and ensuring the financial success of the stores.
Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, develop, and manage the performance of all team members at two Duck Donuts locations
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and standards with a strong focus on food quality and service excellence
- Order and manage inventory from various vendors to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Oversee the financial performance of the stores and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners
- Regularly evaluate and improve operational efficiency to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the foodservice industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Ability to effectively manage inventory and financial performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
