MP's client is a national retirement plan administration and consulting firm, specializes in providing
plan design, daily administration, and investment advisory services. Our client is positioned to provide customized administration, investment, and employee communication services to plan sponsors
in the local Cincinnati and Dayton areas. They are located 5 minutes from downtown Cincinnati Ohio near Eden.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides customer service to plan participants by responding to participant phone calls and emails with information on their account balances, plan provisions, and processing transfers and exchanges. No selling with this Customer Service Rep position.
WHO YOU ARE :
- Recent college graduate or candidate with some successful college experience.
- Strong administrative / clerical work experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
Answer participant phone calls and emails for account balances, retirement plan provisions, processing transfers and exchanges.Assist in daily duties of plan administration.Enter enrollment / beneficiary forms.Mail confirmation statements.Send distribution packets.Log distribution requests.Assist with loan inquiries and pay-offs.Other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU NEED :
Strong attention to detail and excellent clerical skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical abilities.Working knowledge of Microsoft : Excel, Word, Access, & Outlook.Ability to navigate several different software applications simultaneously.Experience and capability to effectively utilize a 3-monitor system.Ability and desire to learn pension-related industry software.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
Full-time, non-exempt position with benefits.Position is work from office, on-site. Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.Compensation : $19.50-$22.50 / hour plus $3k bonus opportunity.
